Refund policy

1.14-Day Right of Return
• Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving the product, during
which they can return the product without giving any reason.
• The merchant must refund the purchase price, including the initial shipping costs
(although the return shipping costs may be borne by the consumer).

2. Refund Timeframe
• The merchant must refund the returned product within 14 days of receiving it.

3. Product Condition
Consumers should not be influenced by the product's condition when using it, as
this may affect their subsequent resale behavior.
If the product shows obvious wear and tear, the merchant has the right to refuse
the refund and return the item.

 

Return Restrictions
• Customized jewelry (such as engraved or custom-sized rings): Cannot be returned.
• Items sealed for hygiene reasons: If the seal has been opened, cannot be returned.
