Coverage Areas: 27 EU countries + the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein.

Free Shipping for Orders Meeting the Minimum Amount
- A single order with a total of €120 (or the equivalent in local currency) is eligible for free Standard Delivery.
- For orders that do not meet the above amount, a uniform shipping fee of €6–10 will be charged (varies by country).
Free Shipping for Holiday Promotions
- During peak shopping periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and Valentine's Day, free shipping is offered for all orders.
- VIP members enjoy free shipping for all orders throughout the year with no minimum amount requirement.
Return and Exchange Shipping Fees
- The brand covers the shipping fee for the first return or exchange.
- For the second and subsequent returns or exchanges, customers are required to bear the shipping fee themselves.

Standard Delivery: 5–8 working days.
Express Delivery (additional €15 required): 2–4 working days.
Remote Areas (e.g., Iceland, some islands in Greece) may require an additional 2–3 days.

Offer the "Eco-Friendly Slow Delivery" option (7–12 days, free shipping) to encourage customers to choose low-carbon transportation.

The minimum amount threshold for free shipping is calculated based on the amount after deducting discounts.
If an order is split into multiple shipments, the free shipping policy still applies.
Special products (e.g., limited-edition collaboration items) may not be eligible for the free shipping promotion, and a specific note will be provided on the product page at that time.
