Free Shipping Rules

  1. Free Shipping for Orders Meeting the Minimum Amount
    • A single order with a total of €120 (or the equivalent in local currency) is eligible for free Standard Delivery.
    • For orders that do not meet the above amount, a uniform shipping fee of €6–10 will be charged (varies by country).
  2. Free Shipping for Holiday Promotions
    • During peak shopping periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and Valentine's Day, free shipping is offered for all orders.
    • VIP members enjoy free shipping for all orders throughout the year with no minimum amount requirement.
  3. Return and Exchange Shipping Fees
    • The brand covers the shipping fee for the first return or exchange.
    • For the second and subsequent returns or exchanges, customers are required to bear the shipping fee themselves.
